By car

From Seville or Granada, (motorway A92)

• At the fork right before getting to Málaga take Torremolinos/Algeciras. (And not the one going to the city centre).



• Now you are on the Málaga ring road. Go through the tunnel and right at the end of it get the exit marked Avd. Herrera Oria.



• You´ll drive past a couloured fountain (Fuente de los Colores).



• Take the second turn at the roundabout. Go straight. You´ll find another roundabout and then another more. At this second roundabout take the third turn. Then you get to the crossroads. There you have to turn on the right. Go straight on until you see the Chemist´s. Right before this, turn left to Morenito de Talavera. Go straight on and take the second turn on the right. This is Francisco Barbín, your destination.

From Cádiz

• Once on Málaga ring road, take the 236 B exit (city centre/University).



• Keep to the right lane, as you have to take the first exit you meet.



• You´ll find a roundabout wher you must take the first exit on the right (Avda Doctor Manuel Domínguez). Go straight on until you find another roundabout:



• There take the third exit on the right . You go pass a big yellow building University of Law and then turn on the right. You are in Marqués de Beccaria. Go straight on until you see the Chemist´s. Right before this, turn left to Morenito de Talavera. Go straight on and take the second turn on the right. This is Francisco Barbín, your destination.

Arriving to Málaga by train and bus

By Bus

From the train and the bus station (in the city centre) you can get to the Residence by bus (EMT). You can take the lines:

• Line 8 (Alameda Principal - Colonia Santa Inés - Clínico)
• Line 20 (Alameda Principal - Avda. Andalucía - Universidad)
• Line 23 (Alameda Principal - El Consul - Parque Cementerio)

The quickest is number 20. The bus-stop is in Avenida de Andalucía:

You´ll have to get off at Facultad de Derecho (University of Law). Look at the map at the end of the page.

Further options:

• If you choose bus 8 or 23 you´ll have to take it at Alameda Principal.
• Line 23 is the one that takes most time.

By Taxi

At the bus and train station there are taxi-stops too. There you would have to say to the taxi-driver: At the corner of Margarita Xirgú street and Francisco Barbín (Teatinos)
